| The floor plan is deceptively simple. Getting the numbers to fall on even two, four, and eight foot increments was the work of many hours of scribble and toss. Reducing the square footage to under 1,600 was not a sacrifice but a matter of including only what was necessary and then leaving out some of that. By world standards it's huge, in America it's little. We love it. |
